Yoga 4 Love was inspired by Lisa Ware’s mother’s positivity and courageousness in her journey through breast cancer. Lisa founded Yoga 4 Love in 2007-08 from a long and fruitful yoga practice and whirlwind of a Yoga teaching career.
The studio was born on New Years Day 1-1-11. Together, Co-owners Richard and Lisa Ware and their Dynamic Staff have created a space for
Transformation, Inspiration and Healing.

Red Oak and the Southern Dallas metro area are feeling the vibe of something totally fresh and new! Dynamic Yoga 4 Love Studio recently celebrated moving into its third year of business!
The studio’s certified, licensed professional instructors will motivate you and help you set your sights high to achieve your goals; both in and out of the studio in life. At Yoga 4 Love we are Mind, Body and Spirit based to nurture the whole you. We are not a gym. We are a unique studio with a home-like ambiance, where you can commune with like-minded individuals.
Dynamic Yoga 4 Love Studio members are men, women, kids and families, baby boomers and seniors who, practice Yoga together, dance, sweat, Zumba®, and enjoy ourselves in a warm and inviting studio… with an emphasis on MUSIC, getting healthy, having fun and building cOMmunity!
We regularly host fun FREE charitable and community events in our studio. Lisa Ware also travels doing public speaking and teaching at many Yoga and Wellness conferences presenting throughout the state of Texas and beyond.
Dynamic Yoga 4 Love Studio
Our tranquil studio features beautiful floating floors, The Dragonfly Spa, a lovely lounge area featuring a check out reading library and space for bodywork, hot tea, water and a space to chill. In the lobby we offer a full retail area for Yoga and Zumba® including our custom Yoga 4 Love logo designed clothing line. Handicap accessible restroom and changing rooms are available.
This well-being hotspot is much more than a simple place to work out in; totally committed to the education and imagery of this ancient art, we have designed a beautiful, tranquil space where the heat, humidity and even aromatherapy are designed to enrich your experience and give you optimal mental clarity. Come by and experience a class like you never have before.

Dynamic Yoga 4 Love Studio has a lovely Lounge Area to place shoes, coats and items not used in class. This space features a beautiful aquarium maintained by The Fish Physician, hot tea and water and a space to chill. We offer a lending library of extensive titles, CD’s, DVD’s on the honor system.
