Hi! I'm Dan Cicconi! 500 RYT
I've been practicing yoga since 2008. I first started practicing in attempt to help with my sleeping & eating disorders as well as obesity; I have been amazed at the results. In late 2008 I weighed 275 pounds. Walking & eating better got me on my way but I just couldn't seem to strike the balance I needed to completely get my weight below the 240 pound plateau. Yoga provided me with the balance I needed in my life to get this accomplished. Since that time I've lost 120 pounds from 2004-2009.
Since 2009 I've been a Yoga Instructor & it's an awesome lifestyle & career path! To say the least it's a total privilege. Teaching people the art and science of Yoga & how to improve their overall physical health, mind & spirit is a wonderful experience! I do genuinely love Yoga with a passion! In May 2009 I received my 500 Hour RYT Yoga instructors certification. I love to teach this art & science, what a joy in my life!
