BRUCE SHOEMAKER, RYT

Born February 1963 in Ft Lauderdale, Florida to parents John and Sue. The beach was the local hang out…so peaceful and tranquil, what a way to grow up. I have been married to my wife Debbie for 25 wonderful years, daughter Brittany 24 and son Jordan 22. My family is my inspiration, so many memories, so much fun! We moved to Waxahachie 2 years ago from Midlothian where Brittany and Jordan graduated High School. Waxahachie is our final resting place.

My first yoga class was one of the most challenging experiences of my life… I loved it. I have been fortunate enough to practice with Stacy Dockins [The Yoga Project] a very well established Baptiste Yoga Instructor. Her insights and wisdom have much influence on my teaching personality!

This past June, 2010 I completed a 200 hr teacher training certification through Texas Power Yoga Teacher Training School; 1st graduating class. Giving back to my students the freedom Yoga has created in my life is an intention of mine every time I teach.
