Mixed Level Vinyasa:
Beginner,
Intermediate- modifications offered to customize your yoga experience. Mixed level is a popular class style that allows all
body types and fitness levels to enjoy a great yoga class. All poses, or asanas, are demonstrated in several options, so the
yogi (or yogini!) may choose what feels best for his or her own body. Breath awareness and relaxation are also a focus in
this session.
Transitional Sunrise Vinyasa Flow:
Some yoga experience to Intermediate. This upbeat class
is designed for those who would like a moving yoga class and have some exercise experience, whether recent or not. Vinyasa
is a flowing style of yoga based on the breath and is suited for all body types. Asanas (poses) are demonstrated in several
modifications.
Energizing Morning Yoga:
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. A class for a great
workout in under an hour! We focus on getting up and moving, yet being gentle enough that we feel comfortable. You are able
to set the pace, with personalized help from a qualified instructor. A fun way to begin your morning; a one hour class so
that you can get on with your day after yoga!
Power Vinyasa Flow:
Intermediate and Advanced. Fun
and Calorie Burning! A visit to the asanas of the master teachers. The class style will very from week to week, depending
on the yogis attending. Come explore your inner yogi; challenge yourself and have fun practicing with others in a power yoga
class!
Gentle Yoga:
Beginner, Special Needs, Seniors
This is a gentle Vinyasa flow yoga class, which focuses on full breath awareness and stretching, a good workout
and a deep relaxation. No need to have tried yoga before, all poses will be taught in modifications for your body; may modify
on chair, if desired.
