My mission is to give people the tools to center themselves into an awareness that allows them to listen to their bodies and to maintain physical and mental health.
I work with both eastern and western modalities of bodywork including swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, trigger point and reflexology. I am interested in both the emotional and physical health of our community and have chosen massage therapy as a way for me to help others reach their personal physical and emotional goals.

Aromatherapy: The use of essential oils gathered from various parts of a plant used in lotions and inhalants to promote health and well-being. Our sense of smell is connected directly to the brain. The use of certain essential oils may 
induce a sense of tranquility and relaxation or may energize and invigorate. Speak with your therapist before an Aromatherapy session to inform him/her of any allergies you may have. Aromatherapy may be used with any bodywork session.
Chi Therapy: Align your body with a therapy to gently realign your prana flow. IT is fabulous and wonderful therapy. Think about the Koi fish, they live to be over 100 years old because they never stop moving. Feel completely tranquil and energized after this amazing treatment. Must start with 15 min and work your way up to longer, 30 or 45 min sessions are also available.
Crystal Therapy: The use of crystals and semi-precious stones during a bodywork session to enhance and promote health and well-being. Specific crystals and gemstones may be used to assist the body’s natural healing ability and may remove blockages in the energy field. Crystal Therapy may be used with any bodywork session.
Deep Tissue Therapy: Enjoy getting all those knots and habitual tension released through pressure points and relaxation techniques from a Licensed Massage therapist.
Facial: A lovely multi step process for achieving a wonderful complexion and deep relaxation. We utilize only all natural pure, safe and beneficial skin care products.
Herbal Slimming Body Wrap: Detox and Slim down with this relaxing herbal wrap. Packages of 4 and 8 available at a discount. You can lose up to 16″ in one treatment! Come back to hold off the weight and restructure your cells. All Natural, safe and effective body treatment.
Hot Stone Therapy: A 90 minute session consisting of a lovely massage with heated stones. The stones glide over the body with a blend of grapeseed oil and the therapy is combined with some traditional Swedish massage techniques, as well. Plan to leave feeling completely relaxed, warm and fuzzy. Please hydrate yourself well in advance of your massage, as this technique is very effective for assisting the body to detoxify.
Ionic Foot Detox: Detox Ionic Foot Spa. Enjoy a relaxing soak with the Ionic Detox bath. You will be amazed at all the toxins that are drawn into the water! Followed by a Detox Spa Sea Salt scrub and Detox Spa Re-mineralizing Lotion treatment. Ahhhh… Sign me up! Paraffin Dip: A warm, sterile treat for moisturizing the hands and feet. $15 hands/ $20 feet
Polarity Therapy: Polarity Therapy is a bodywork technique based upon the universal principles of energy: attraction, repulsion, and neutrality. A Polarity session is individualized andmay include bodywork consisting of light and deep pressure on various energetic points, rocking, nutritional suggestions, various physical exercises and general health education.
Reflexology: A technique of applying pressure to various points on the feet to affect change throughout the entire body. The feet are a map of the body, holding correspondence points to the internal organs, eyes, ears, etc. By stimulating certain reflexive points the corresponding section of the body may be rejuvenated. Reflexology may be used with any session.
Reiki: -Natural Energy Healing for Body, Mind & Spirit-
It is our deepest honor & purest intention to share the sacred teachings of a powerful natural energy healing technique known as Reiki (pronounced ray-key). REI- Universal/ KI- Energy or Life force. Though the word Reiki is a Japanese word, it’s origin goes as far back as the times when when Ascended Masters Jesus and Buddha walked this earth. Reiki is Life Force energy, It is our source energy from birth & the miraculous energy that nurtures & sustains each & every living thing.
As healing energy, Reiki reconnects, restores and balances energies within ones body. After a full body treatment deep relaxation, peace and harmony are felt.
Reiki energy heals on all levels: body, mind and spirit

With Reiki the Practitioner opens as a clear channel for Reiki energy to flow. Whileholding sacred space, Universal Life Force energy flows in a powerful, concentrated way from hands of Practitioner to
receiver. The Practitioner follows a series of gentle, non evasive hand positions over the receiver’s body as the receiver lays comfortably on a massage table. With the exception of shoes, recipients remain fully clothed.
Reiki energy feels beautiful, warm and comforting. The person receiving Reiki may feel vibrations, sensations (tingles). hear sounds, see colors or simply go into a very deep relaxed meditative state, sometimes even fall asleep! Each person has a truly unique experience! No matter the experience, divine healing -is- taking place.
Swedish Massage: A classic massage consisting of manipulation of the soft tissue of the body including skin, muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia using effleurage (long strokes), petrissage (circular manipulation), vibration, friction and tapotement (percussive). Most often done with oil but may be done with lotion or crème. 
Thai Yoga Bodywork: Unique from other types of bodywork and massage. It is a form of Yoga Therapy that combines rhythmic movement, assisted Yoga poses, and acupressure along energy meridians, healing energy work, and meditation.
It is also known as nuad boran, Is one of the ancient healing arts of traditional Thaimedicine (along with herbal medicine and spiritual meditation). It is performed on a floormat in loose, comfortable clothes and incorporates t’ai chi moves, rhythmic motion, palming and thumbing along energy lines (sen lines), gentle stretching and the conscious use of breath.
THAI YOGA BODY WORK has been described as assisted or applied yoga. I use my hands, feet, arms and legs to guide you into various yoga postures, while remaining focused on my own body-center. The combination of movements with focused awareness creates a slow, flowing “dance” around your body.
During a session, I pay careful attention to your level of flexibility and breath as I gently move you into different poses. Each pose is designed to open up the body and allow energy to flow freely. This “opening” will increase your joint mobility and flexibility, improves circulation, and relieves muscular and emotional tension.
Though very dynamic, THAI YOGA BODY WORK is deeply relaxing, enabling the body and mind to rebalance naturally.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
A credit card deposit of $25 may be required to reserve each appointment. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total bill upon completion of the session. (ex. 1 hour massage $50-$25 deposit at time of booking= $25 due upon completion of session). The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
