We will enjoy a balanced class beginning with gentle warm ups, heat building sun salutations, then move through a creative, dynamic vinyasa flow. Vinyasa is a popular class style that allows connection to breath and movement for all body types and fitness levels to enjoy a great yoga class. The class is at a pace that will feel comfortable, and we spend a little more time discussing alignment and breaking down the pose basics. All poses, or asanas, are demonstrated clearly in several options, so the yogi (or yogini!) may choose what feels best for his or her own body. You will leave feeling balanced and familiar with Vinyasa Flow and Sun Salutations! Focus on practicing the fundamental basics of a Vinyasa Flow; come and find your edge while flowing, holding and sweating out all those toxins.
End your class with a delicious final relaxation, with optional essential oil aromatherapy and a guided meditation. Learn to utilize our breath, body and mind in standing, seated balances and gentle twists, Warrior series, modified back bends and an intro into many other poses. Energizing AM Vinyasa Flow- Hot Yoga

Vinyasa Flow is a popular class style that allows connection to breath and movement for all body types and fitness levels to enjoy a great yoga class.
Vinyasa is wonderful for bringing the heart rate up with Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) and a great flow, building on the body's energy (Prana) while enjoying a creative connection to music.
Featuring instructor personalized modifications for your body type, fitness level and ability offered to customize your yoga experience. The series will teach standing warrior series, twists, back bending and an intro to inversions plus many other asanas. This workshop brings focus on the body’s energy and chakra education/ alignment with personal energy balance techniques. This class is offered as a special event/ workshop or as an addition to the end of the Relaxation and Restoration class. Incense or optional aromatherapy with essential oils may be used in this session.

We spend a little more time in resting asanas and have a longer cool down at the end of class.
