Fun, Fit and Flex Vinyasa Flow- 5 Week Series Hot Yoga

Beginner, All levels, Mixed level- modifications offered to customize your yoga experience. This 5 week series includes an introduction to the fundamental asanas (poses) of Hatha Yoga in a flowing style linking body, mind and breath. This style is called Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The series takes you through the basic alignment and instructor personalized modifications for your body type, fitness level and ability. The series will teach Sun Salutation A and B, Warrior series, Twists, modified back bending and an intro to many other asanas and breath work (pranayama). We will also begin to link all the learned asanas together in a fun, flowing Vinyasa Flow Style! The class is flowing at a pace that will feel comfortable and you will get a great workout. All classes end with Final Relaxation (Savasana) and stress relief with a wonderful, optional aromatherapy. Mildothian Location and Red Oak Location. 1 classes a week for 5 weeks, includes vacation make up class. The other recommended classes for beginners are the Mixed Level Vinyasa, the Stress Relief Vinyasa and the Energizing Morning Flow.

Yoga 101 Intro to Vinyasa Flow: Heated Yoga

Beginner, All levels, Mixed level- modifications offered to customize your yoga experience. Yoga 101 is a popular class style that allows all body types and fitness levels to enjoy a great yoga class. All poses, or asanas, are demonstrated clearly in several options, so the yogi (or yogini!) may choose what feels best for his or her own body. This class features instructor personalized modifications for your body type, fitness level and ability. The series will teach standing warrior series, twists, modified back bending and an intro to many other asanas and breath work (pranayama). You will also become familiar with Vinyasa flow and Sun Salutations! The class is at a pace that will feel comfortable, and we spend a little more time discussing alignment and breaking down the pose basics. Breath awareness and relaxation are also a focus in this session. All classes end with Final Relaxation (Savasana) and stress relief with a wonderful optional aromatherapy.

Stress Relief Yoga- Vinyasa Flow: Yoga

Beginner, All levels. This class is designed for those who enjoy a really good workout and also are looking to have a relaxing yoga class. All exercise experience levels welcome, whether recent or not. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga based on the breath and is suited for all body types. Asanas (poses) are demonstrated in several options and modifications, sopyou can choose a post that best suits your body and mind. We spend a little more time in resting asanas and have a longer cool down at the end of class. All classes end with Final Relaxation (Savasana) and stress relief with a wonderful optional aromatherapy.

Energizing Yoga- Vinyasa Flow: Yoga

Beginner, All levels. A class for a great workout in around an hour! We focus on getting up and moving, yet being gentle enough that we feel comfortable. You are able to set the pace, with personalized help from a qualified instructor. A fun way to begin your morning; a one hour class so that you can get on with your day after yoga! Warrior series, Twists, modified back bending and an intro to many other asanas and breath work (pranayama). Experience full relaxation and stress relief at the end of class (Savasana) with a wonderful, optional aromatherapy!

Strength Building Yoga- Vinyasa Flow: Hot Yoga

Intermediate and All levels, Competetive Sports Conditioning. Fun and Calorie Burning! A visit to the asanas of the master teachers. The class style will very from week to week, depending on the yogis attending. Come explore your inner yogi; challenge yourself and have fun practicing with others in a power yoga class! Experience full relaxation and stress relief at the end of class with a Guided Meditation and Savasana with a wonderful, optional aromatherapy!

Restoration and Relaxation Yoga- Hatha Yoga: Heated Yoga

Beginner, PreNatal, Sports/ Injury recovery, Seniors, Mixed level- modifications offered to customize your yoga experience. All levels. This is a fun Hatha style yoga class, which focuses on full breath awareness and deep restorative stretching, a good workout and a guided meditation and relaxation at the end of class. No need to have tried yoga before, all poses will be taught in modifications for your body; may modify on chair, if desired. Experience full relaxation and stress relief at the end of class with Savasana with a wonderful, optional aromatherapy!
