Born February 1963 in Ft Lauderdale, Florida to parents John and Sue. The beach was the local hang out…so peaceful and tranquil, what a way to grow up. I have been married to my wife Debbie for 25 wonderful years, daughter Brittany 24 and son Jordan 22. My family is my inspiration, so many memories, so much fun! She started dancing as a young girl in her hometown of Bogota, located in the heart of Colombia, South America.  With her family traditions of incorporating dance during every family event, she learned Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and Rumba styles.  As a teenager, she was member of several dance groups where she gained experience with international dance styles such as Flamenco and Polka. I have been amazed at the results. In late 2008 I weighed in at 275 pounds. Walking & eating better got me on my way but I just couldn't seem to strike the balance I needed to completely get my weight below the 240 pound plateau.
